In order to reserve your date, a 25% deposit of the contract value, or a mutually agreed upon amount must be paid. Your date and rental space are not guaranteed until this payment has been received.

You can request exclusive use of Camp Friendship where no other group will be on-site at the same time. An exclusive-use fee will be agreed upon depending on the size and needs of your group.
Camp Friendship has charming villages each with a unique feel of their own. All lodging has twin bunk beds and are equipped with space heaters when needed. We have many rustic cabins located throughout the grounds that sleep 4-14 people. Some cabins have bathrooms located inside the cabins, while other cabins share a bath house close by. We also have a large heated lodge located at our Equestrian Center that sleeps 56 and has common gathering areas and bathrooms.
Camp Friendships does not provide first aid, emergency care, or medications for users unless participating in an activity supervised by Camp Friendship staff. It is the responsibility of the users to provide their own first aid care and supplies.
We serve camp-friendly meals, but are able to accommodate specific menus with prior notice. If you are looking for some finer options for your event, we are happy to host a caterer of your choosing.
We do not provide linens at this time.
Depending on your needs, some areas are off limits. For your safety, areas such as, the stables, horse fields, horseback riding areas, pool, lake, river, ropes course, riflery range, archery range, camp bicycles, mountain boards, and private residences are off limits unless accompanied by a Camp Friendship staff member.
Yes! We have wifi hotspots throughout camp. Login information to those will be posted around camp. If you wish for your participants to not have access we can take down that information. All wifi hotspots are password protected.
